Wearing pink glitter Miu Miu sunglasses
Seeing the world through rose colored (sun)glasses has never been a particularly bad thing: especially when it’s 90 degrees outside and you have to take the New York City subway. With rose colored frames, the world looks a look better. Add on some pink-tinted lenses, and the world around you will turn into a cotton candy drenched euphoria.
Aside from that: the look lends itself to a certain type of insouciance. It says “I don’t care, but I do care,” in the best possibly way. Why? Because when paired with even the simplest, lazy ensemble like a pair of jeans and a tee, or a throw-on-and-go summer dress, they just add attitude.
I own close to thirty pairs of sunglasses, but my favorites always end up being the pink ones.
