Once summer comes around, setting spray becomes my best friend and most-trusted beauty product. While a matte foundation and powder can work wonders in summer heat, there’s nothing better than a setting spray — both for staying power and for the refreshing effect. So when Anastasia Beverly Hills Mini Dewy Set Setting Spray launched, I also knew I had to try it.
Anastasia Beverly Hills already has its full-size Dewy Set Setting Spray in its permanent line, which comes in a glittery bottle with a lightweight coconut vanilla scent, but what’s new for summer is that the brand has launched a mini version of this classic spray, plus two brand new scents. The other two scents are Pineapple and Mango, both which smell absolutely incredible.
For starters, what I like about Anastasia Beverly Hills Dewy Set Setting Spray is the fact that it both sets makeup and also gives a slight glow. It’s the kind of spray you can use immediately after applying your makeup in the morning, or throughout the day when you feel like you need a refresh. Since the Dewy Set Setting Spray is water-based, you can really spray it as much as you want without feeling like you’re overdoing it or getting any buildup.
What’s even better about the new Anastasia Beverly Hills Mini Dewy Set Setting Spray, is the size. The mini is one ounce/30ml size. At a third the size of the original product, it’s easy to pop it in your purse for on the go, and you can also try a few different scents in case you’re not sure which one you want.
So far, I’m obsessed with the mango scent. It’s just the right amount of sweetness for the perfect pick-me-up, and it reminds me of a fresh smoothie!
